Restelo is a leafy residential district, which is well connected by public transport and close to cultural amenities and historic sites – all of which make it an ideal location for a school.
Internal facilities
The school is housed in a beautiful building from the 1940s which has been completely refurbished and extended to meet the needs of a school.
Classrooms have been arranged so as to benefit from as much natural light as possible, and have been designed to enable group work and personalised teaching, facilitate sensorial exploration and encourage intellectual curiosity.
External facilities
The school is surrounded by a large garden which will facilitate pupils’ sensory development through direct contact with nature. Pupils will be encouraged to grow their own plants, promote biodiversity and discover which animals settle in habitats created especially for them.
The garden also features play areas, as well as an activity zone just for Pre-nursery pupils (2-3 years old), who have access to the garden even outside of normal break times.
